The following general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of merchandise on the website www.silviatcherassi.com
These Terms may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as those that are in effect will be applicable at the time of placing orders.
The sale of products through this Website is made by SVT Designs Inc. (hereinafter "SVT"), a North American company which has its registered office at 235 Altara Avenue Coral Gables, FL 33146, USA, Email email@example.com.
The purchase of merchandise through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into contracting on the internet in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. In order to make purchases on the Website you will be required to provide your personal data. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Products offered through the Website are for purchases and worldwide delivery.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order; this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order will be perfected when we ship the merchandise, at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been shipped.
Availability of Products
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we will inform you by email about the cancellation of the order, and SVT will reimburse you.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time. The prices do not include taxes and shipping charges. The sales taxes applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address, this is for shipments within the territory of the United States of America. Sales taxes will be charged only in shipments within the state of Florida (United States of America). You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the Website. The applicable sales taxes amount and the shipping charges are specified on the total amount due.
SVT will assume the costs of shipping within the territory of the United States of America when the purchase is worth more than USD $500.
For international orders (those that will be sent outside the territory of the United States of America), SVT is not responsible for any applicable taxes and custom fees/taxes, these will be charged to the client.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Shipments and Delivery
You bear all risk of loss and damage to the products from the time they have cleared our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. SVT will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.
Please note, that if no signature is collect at the time delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize SVT to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, and to indemnify SVT from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. Delivery times appearing on the Website are estimated and are to be used only as a guide. Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping. Please note that SVT does not ship to PO Boxes.
The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within seven (7) days of the receipt date. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with tags and packaging original included. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
SVT is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the products.
Remember that items such as sunglasses, fragrance, hats, scarfs, swimwear, promotional, sale and discounted items, and customized items cannot be returned.
Once your package is receive, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Credit card: our bank will reimburse you within seven (7) business days of the return acceptance confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
SVT will repair without charges any damaged bracelets, necklaces and earrings, if the damage occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Any of those items damaged over 3 months from the purchase date are subject to repair fees. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
To request a repair please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of your repair request. You will receive an email in which SVT indicate if the repair proceeds free of charges or not and the authorization number of repair, which must be indicate in the shipment.

For your security, please ship your item with a recognize courier, SVT is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit upon the receipt of the item.
Upon receipt of your package, we will email you with the approximated repair time.
SVT may offer products that are not available for sale yet (“pre-order”). You can place an order for these items in the same way you would do for other available products. The prices of these items do not include taxes and shipping charges. Payments for purchases of pre-order products should be made by credit card only. A credit card authorization will be processed when you place the order; however, your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped to you.
Please be aware that pre orders may take an estimated average of 10-12 weeks from the date the order is placed to the date the product is available for delivery. All delivery dates are approximated and may be subject to change. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon shipment of the product. You will be charged the amount estimated for the product on the date your order was placed.
Governing law and choice of forum
The laws of the state of Florida (without giving effect to its conflicts of federal laws) govern all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought solely in the city of Coral Gables, state of Florida.
